Ward—Discard a card.
Shemshine can't be blocked.
At the beginning of each opponents upkeep,
put a madness counter on target creature or planeswalker other than Shemshine. (While
a permanent has a madness counter on it, its activated abilities can't be activated unless that player discards a card in addition to paying it other costs.)
