Shen Zyir, The First Librarian

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery put a
Lore counter on Shen Zyir, The First Librarian.
Pay {x}{u}, remove a Lore counter from Shen Zyir: Reveal the top X cards of your library. From the
revealed cards you may put a Saga with a value
of X or less onto the battlefield. Put the
remaining revealed cards on the bottom of your
library in a random order unless you pay {2} for
each card to remain on the top of your library in
a random order.
