Sheogorath's Wager

{u}{b}: Each player exiles permanents they control with a combined converted mana cost of 5 or greater, then all players play a magic sub-game where their life totals are 1. The winner gains control of all permanents exiled this way. Sheogorath's wager's controller does not have permanents with a combined converted mana cost of 5 or greater, they lose the game. Use this ability only once per turn.
