When Shibari deals combat damage to a player,
give that player a fatigue counter. Spells that
player cast cost X more, where X is the number
of fatigue counters on that player.
Skip your next turn: Remove all fatigue counters
from yourself. Shibari can't attack you until your
next turn. Any player may activate this ability.
