Shield of Life Force enters with X depletion counters on it. Whenever enchanted creature is dealt damage remove a depletion counter and add a regeneration counter.
when the last depletion counter is removed sacrifice this enchantment, you gain life equal to the amount of regeneration counters on it.
The best shield is ones own life.
