Shield of Souls

Whenever a creature dies, exile it under Shield
of Souls until the Shield of Souls leaves the
battlefield. Return each creature exiled this way
to its owner's graveyard. Put a Soul counter on
Shield of Souls.
Equipped creature gets +1/+1 for each Soul
counter on Shield of Souls.
Equip - Exile another creature you control
under Shield of Souls.
