Shifting Sliver

At the beginning of your upkeep you may place
a +1+0 counter on Shifting sliver.
If you don't, place a +0+1 counter on
shifting sliver.
If Shifting Sliver's toughness is greater than
it's power it has Deathtouch and Reach.
If Shifting Sliver's power is greater than
it's toughness it has Lifelink and Vigilance
