Shika, Monarch of Frost

Whenever a nonland snow permanent you control enters, tap target creature and put a frost counter on Shika. (This includes Shika.)

At the beginning of combat on your turn, put
a +1/+1 counter on another target creature you control for each frost counter on Shika.

When Shika dies or is put into exile from the battlefield, you may put it into its owner's library third from the top.
