Shinkei, Mind in the Program

You may spend mana as though it were mana of
any type.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player draws a card, then exiles a card from their
hand. As long as those cards remain exiled, you
and their owner may cast them.
Spells you cast from exile cost {w}{u}{b}{r}{g} less to
cast. (This effect reduces only the amount of colored
mana you pay.)
