Ship Sinker

Whenever a creature an opponent controls attacks, Ship Sinker deals 1 damage to it unless its controller pays {p/w}.
The Jolhari make sure no-one crosses into their borders unmolested. Many go out of their way to find another way to get to where they need to go.
