Shiva, The Destroyer

As long as your devotion to white, blue, black, red, and green is less than 10, Shiva isn't a creature.
When Shiva, The Destroyer enters the battlefield, you may exile all other permanents.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may have each player reveal the top 10 cards from his or her library. Each player puts any number of creature cards from among them onto the battlefield and puts the other cards on the bottom of their library in a random order.
