When Shock Trooper enters the battlefield, tap
target creature an opponent controls. That creature
doesn't untap during it's controllers untap step for
as long as you control Shock Trooper.

Whenever Shock Trooper blocks or becomes
blocked by a creature, tap that creature. It doesn't
untap during it's controllers untap step for as long
as you control Shock Trooper.
