Use this Stratagem in your Movement phase, when a CADIAN unit from your army makes a Normal Move. Until the end of the turn:
That unit is considered to have Remained Stationary. Each time a ranged attack made by a model in that unit targets a unit within half range, improve the Armour Penetration characteristic of that attack by 1. INFANTRY is 1CP; otherwise it costs 2CP.
