Shocking Speed

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under you control, it gets +1/+0 until end of turn. If you cast it from your hand, it gets
+2/+0 until end of turn instead.
Whenever you declare attackers, Shocking Speed deals X damage to the defending player, where X is the number of creatures attacking him or her.
