Shogun

Shogun is the one who is maintaining order in
the Empire. He is also leading the bokufu
government. Shogun control something that
everyone need and wants, a land; Shogun uses
land to make sure the Emperor stays safe. In
other word shogun is doing everything that
the Emperor should be doing.
