1: Find a Shop that has it and Log its Coordinates.
2: Extract it from the Shop.
3: Create a Card of that item and/or Shop.
4: Publish those to the Black Library.
5: Grow a Page for the Card(s).
6: Connect the Page(s) to the Card(s).
7: Inform the Organisation of the Cards.
8: Play the Card(s).
9: Claim the Reward for the Card(s).
