Whenever you cast a spell or activate an ability
that causes you to draw one or more cards, create
a colorless Clue token with "{2}, Sacrifice this
artifact: Draw a card."
While you control 7 or more Clue permanents,
spells you cast have Split Second. (As long as a
spell with Split Second is on the stack, players can't
cast spells or activate abilities that aren't mana
abilities.)
