Shortswords of the Heavens

When together, both swords have the following:

Weapon +2: piercing, finesse, light, sky-touched.
+2 piercing (magic): +2 to attack and damage rolls.
Finesse: may use either STR or DEX for both attack and damage rolls.
Light: may use bonus action to make attack with second weapon with light property.
Sky-touched: sheds light, and each sword deals an additional 1d4 radiant energy.
