When Shrimp enters the battlefield, each opponent exiles a card from their hand. You may play cards exiled with Shrimp, and you maypay mana as though it were mana on any color to cast them.
Whenever you cast a spell an opponent controls, that player loses life life equal to its converted mana cost.
