Shrine of Dread

Creatures your opponents control enter the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter.
At the beginning of your upkeep, exhaust up to two creatures your opponents control, then each opponent loses life equal to the number of creatures exhausted this way. (Whenever you exhaust a creature, remove a +1/+1 counter from it.)
