Shrine of Sorrow

Whenever a permanent leaves the battlefield, put a sorrow counter on Shrine of Sorrow.
When there are 5 or more sorrow counters on Shrine of Sorrow, exile it, then return it to the battlefield transformed under its owners control
at the beginning of your next upkeep.

When something is lost, hurt, grief and sadness take its place.
