Whenever a creature you control dies, put a vengeance counter on Shrine of Vengeance.
When there are 5 or more Vengeance counters on Shrine of Vengeance, exile it, then return it to the battlefield transformed under its owners control at the beginning of your next upkeep.

Many have perished, but fear not, their sacrifice will not be in vain.
