At the beginning of your upkeep you may shuffle target nonland permanent you control into your library. If you do, manifest
the top card of your library. If its an instant
or sorcery, you may cast it. If it's the card
you shuffled into your library, you take an extra turn after this one and exile Shrine to Tomorrow.
