When Shrouded Relic enters the battlefield or is put into the graveyard from anywhere, draw two cards then discard two cards.
{2}{u}{u}: Draw a card, then discard a card. Shrouded Relic becomes an X/X Blue Construct creature with Hexproof until end of turn, where X is the discarded card's converted mana cost.
