Once during each of your turns, you may exile the top card of your library. Whenever a card is exiled this way, if it's a land card, you may play it this turn. If it's a nonland card, you may cast it this turn. If you cast a spell this way, you pay {x}-2 rather than pay its mana cost, where X is that spell's mana value.
