At the start of every end step take control of a creature with lower power and toughness than
Shulon Flayer and lower land than you have on
the battlefield , the creature under your control is
a Shulon in addition to it other types. Upon this creature leaving the battlefield all owners get back control of creatures that where taken by Shulon
Flayer.
