Shylrey, Titan of Envy

Whenever Shylrey, Titan of Envy blocks a creature, put a number of ice counters on it equal to its mana cost. Creatures with ice counters cannot attack, block, or activate abilities and gain indestructible. At the beginning of each players upkeep, they remove an ice counter from each creature they control.
Shylrel, Titan of Envy can block X creatures, where X is the number of creatures with ice counters.
