At the begining of your upkeep, put a -1/-1
counter on each other creature.
Whenever another nontoken creature with a
-1/-1 counter on it dies, return it to the
battlefield tapped. It's a zombie in addition to
its other types.
Tapped creatures can't be sacrificed.
