Sigil the Omen

+1: Gain control of target creature until end of turn. Untap it. It gains Haste. Creatures you control gain Menace until the end of your turn.
-3: Destroy target creature or artifact. It's controller loses life equal to it's mana value, and you gain that much life.
-6: Each opponent gets an emblem with "At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose life equal to the total mana value of permanents you control"
