If Signoir the Devourer dies, instead exile it with
three feast counters on it. Whenever a creature
dies, if Signoir the Devourer is exiled with a feast
counter on it, remove a feast counter from it.
Then if Signoir the Devourer has no feast
counters on it, return it to the battlefield and
each opponent loses 3 life.
