Silanda's Bone Whistle

When Silanda's Bone Whistle enters the
battlefield, place a decapitation counter on all
creatures target opponent controls. All
creatures with a decapitation counter are
under control of the player with control of
Silanda's Bone Whistle. When Silanda's Bone
Whistle leaves the battlefield, exile all creature
with a decapitation counter.
