Silent Monastery

Whenever a player rolls the planar dice and
doesn't roll to planeswalk or roll chaos, they
can't cast spells until someone planeswalks.
At the beginning of your end step, if you didn't
roll the planar die, you lose one-fourth of your
life.
Whenever you roll chaos, you look at target
player's hand and put a card from their hand
onto the stack under your control.
