+2: Draw a card. You may cast an instant or sorcery card with converted mana cost 2 or less from your hand with paying it's mana cost.
-3: Destroy target creature, artifact, or enchantment. It's controller discards a card and gets two poison counters.
-8: Target opponent discards their hand. For each card they discarded this way, they get two poison counters. You may draw up to 7 cards.
