Enchant player
When Silhouette of Sands enters the battlefield,
put a sand counter on each land enchanted player controls. As long as they have a sand counter on
them, they are Deserts with ''{t}: Add {c}.''
Whenever a land enters the battlefield under
enchanted player's control, they may remove a
sand counter from target land they control.
