Silnia's Feather

Silnia's feather, black as night and hard as stone,
seems to weigh much more than it should.
Once per day, the bearer cast flesh to stone with
a DC of 17.
The bearer has nightmares every night the feather
is in their possession and must succeed a DC 17 Constitution saving throw after completing a long
rest or lose the benefits of that rest.
