Whenever Silvanesti Elves become the
target of a spell you control, they get +0/+2 until the end of turn.
The Silvanesti are the mightiest of the Elves
of Krynn. They are stronger, faster and slightly
less frail than their Qualinesti cousins, as well
as being more poised and far more intelligent
than the Kagonesti.
