Silver Bell of Summoning

As an action, you can ring the bell to summon a
random creature of a CR equal to half your level rounded down. This teleports a random creature
to your location. The creature is charmed by
you for 1 hour. While charmed in this way, the creature is not hostile to you or your allies, but is otherwise under no compulsion to obey you.
After an hour, the creature is no longer charmed,
but is not magically dismissed to its home. Once
the bell has been used it can't be used again for
a number of days
