Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery
spell, put a +1/+1 counter on Silver Cloud Party.
The silver cloud prefer to keep to themselves, but
on occasion you'll get one or a party staying in
town. Granted, not much good comes from
their stay. It is a sight to see none the less.
