Silver Raven

As an action say the command word and throw
it on the ground where it becomes a raven.
It will be a raven for up to 12 hours and can't be
used again until 2 days have passed. You can cast
animal messenger on it at will. It reverts to a
figurine at 0 hit points or if you use an action to
say the command word while touching it. It is friendly to you and your allies and obeys your
spoken commands. If you issue no commands, it defends itself but takes no other actions.
