may have an opponent mill a card unless that player pays {1}. If that player mills a nonland permanent, you may
put that card onto the battlefield under your control.
{3}, {t}: When an opponent casts an instant or sorcery
spell, you may choose a new target for target instant or sorcery spell. Then copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.
