noncreature permanent loses all abilities, is a
creature in addition to its other types with
power and toughness equal to its converted
mana cost. When a player casts a nonpermanent
spell, counter that spell and create an Illusion
creature token in the colors of that spell with
power and toughness equal to the converted
mana cost of that spell under that players control.
