As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may

discard any number of cards.
For each permanent sacrificed this way, target
opponent sacrifices half as many, rounded down.
For each card discarded this way, that opponent
discards half as many, rounded down.
If singularity is in any zone and you own no
cards in any other zone, you win the game.
