Singularity of mana

When Singularity of mana enters the battlefield,
exile all lands. put a charge counter on singularity
of mana for each land exiled this way.
at the beginning of each player's first and second
main phase, that player adds X mana of any color
to their mana pool, where X is the number of
charge counters on singularity of mana.
