Exile the top card of your library and put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control equal to the converted mana cost of the card exiled this way. Then exile the top card of your library and put a -1/-1 on that creature equal to the converted mana cost of that second card. Put all cards exiled this way on the bottom of your library.
