named Varaya. It has indestructible, "Equipped
creature gets +2/+0 and vigilance," equip {8}, and
"{0}: Attach Varaya to target creature you
control named 'Siph, Bladebound Magus'."
Whenever Siph deals combat damage to a player,
you may cast an instant or sorcery card with
converted mana 3 or less from your hand
without paying its mana cost.
