Siphon Aether

If you have no cards in hand, draw three cards.
If you have between one and six cards in hand, Siphon Aether deals 4 damage to target creature or player.
If you have exactly seven cards in hand, each player discards their hand, then draws that many cards.
The aether is fickle. You bend to its will more often than it bends to yours.
