Siphon Reality

Creatures have -2/-2 for each +1/+1
counter on them. Creatures have +2/+2
for each -1/-1 counter on them.
Whenever you cast a Horror creature spell, choose up to three target creatures. For
each one, choose +1/+1 or -1/-1 and put a counter of that type on that creature.
