On your upkeep, choose target player and you may choose target non-land card from their hand and exile it. You may look at and cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any type to cast that spell. That spell cannot be countered.
If a spell you cast would deal damage to you, you may choose target opponent and it deals that much damage to that player instead.
