Eminence- When an opponent spends mana to
pay for an induced cost by one of your
permanents, gain that mana. If you were to lose
mana, it becomes colorless instead.
Opponent's cannot draw more than one card per
turn. Any player may pay {2} to ignore this effect
for that turn.
