Siren of Impurity

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, choose
2 or more. Each one must target a different
player:
• Target player gains 4 life.
• Target player Scry's 4 and draws a card.
• Pay X life: Target player exiles X cards from
their library and creates X 2/2 red and black
skeleton creature tokens with haste and "this
creature deals 1 damage to you at the beginning
of combat."
